Community

We are not just looking for a place to move to.  We are seeking, developing and cultivating a community to live in, raise family, and start or join businesses.  We are looking for partners in business and good neighbors. People are more important than place alone.

• Our decisions are rooted in values for healthy people and healthy planet, local economy, and consensus.
• We develop our land with regenerative practices that serve people as well as native plants and animals.
• We serve the community with health and healing, arts, and regenerative agricultural education and services.
